Responsibilities of the Buyer

Payment Obligations

  • The buyer is responsible for the full payment of the puppy, including any applicable shipping fees.
  • Payments must be made through the approved methods listed on our website.

Supervision and Care

  • The buyer agrees to provide proper supervision for the puppy at all times.
  • Puppies must not be left outdoors unsupervised to ensure their safety and well-being.

Humane Treatment

The buyer commits to providing humane care, including:

  • Adequate food and water
  • Proper shelter and living conditions
  • Regular veterinary care and attention

Liability

  • The buyer understands that while we guarantee the puppy’s health and temperament at the time of sale, we are not liable for any future damages or injuries caused by the puppy.

Monitoring

  • KFarmz Frenchies reserves the right to contact the buyer periodically to ensure the puppy is being properly cared for and treated.

Seller’s Guarantees

Health and Registration

  • We guarantee that the puppy is in sound health at the time of sale.
  • All necessary registration paperwork (e.g., AKC) will be provided for local Kennel Club registration.

Temperament

  • We ensure that the puppy has a great temperament at the time of sale.

Health Records

  • A complete health record, including vaccination and deworming details, will be provided to the buyer.

Physical Examination and Refund Policy

Veterinary Examination

  • The buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery for a thorough physical examination.

Refund Policy

  • If the veterinarian identifies any health issues caused by the seller, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund.
  • Return shipping expenses will be covered by the seller.

Buyer’s Options and Responsibilities

Rehoming Option

  • If the buyer is unable to keep the dog, they must notify KFarmz Frenchies first.
  • We reserve the first option to resume full ownership and find a new home for the dog.

Money-Back Guarantee

  • The buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee if they are unsatisfied with the dog or face difficulties bonding with it.

Transfer Approval

  • The breeder/seller reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of the dog to a third party.

Prohibited Facilities

  • The dog must not be sold, leased, traded, or given to any:
    • Pet shop
    • Research laboratory
    • Animal shelter
    • Similar facility

General Terms

Compliance

  • By purchasing a puppy from KFarmz Frenchies, the buyer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above.

Amendments

  • KFarmz Frenchies reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
